You may receive your reports with the 5 Star Rating or with out the rating.

If you choose to be a part of the 

MAK-BEA Laboratory will track your test results for you.  Any client that receives an overall rating of greater than 4.0 (out of 5.0) will receive a plaque to hang in your establishment demonstrating your efforts for Quality Control. This award/plaque program is based upon extensive monthly statistics.
